Jimmy began his career in 2018 as a Tree Climber apprentice in Hong Kong. Since then, he has earned both the ISA Certified Tree Climber and ISA Certified Arborist credentials. After gaining valuable experience working with local companies in Canada, he launched his own business, 4 Tree Service Ltd., in 2023. His goal is to provide local tree owners with a unique service that integrates his international perspectives with professional local care.
Mandy Tseung
Mandy is an ISA Certified Arborist and a Qualified Tree Risk Assessor who combines technical skill with a deep, investigative mindset. Mandy loves “digging into” the details, focusing on tree health and the science behind how trees grow and thrive. In 2025, she won the Women’s Rookie Award at the ISA Prairie Chapter Tree Climbing Competition, while also earning her third credential as an ISA Certified Tree Climber.
